REFUND POLICY

At Battle Dog NWA, customer satisfaction and service integrity are our top priorities. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy below.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are fully refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund.

COMPLETED SERVICES

Upon completion of the service, a final walkthrough and inspection will be conducted with the customer whenever possible.

By signing the final invoice, the customer acknowledges that the services were completed to their satisfaction and that any concerns have been addressed.

Once the final invoice has been signed, all services are considered accepted and completed. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

SERVICE CONCERNS

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct any service-related concerns.

EMERGENCIES

We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule.

If an emergency requires the service to be stopped after work has begun, the customer will be responsible only for the portion of work completed up to that point.
