Deposit Refunds

We offer a full refund of your deposit if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Completed Services

Upon completion of your detail, a final inspection will be conducted with the customer and our detailer.

Once the customer confirms satisfaction, they will be asked to sign the final invoice, acknowledging that the service was completed properly and without issue.

After the invoice is signed, no refunds will be issued, as the service is considered complete and approved by the customer.
Emergency Situations

If an emergency arises, we understand and will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

If an emergency occurs during your detail service, you will be charged only for the work completed up to that point.
